• Client understands that ReliaClose.com, LLC is NOT a title company/escrow agency, and that information shared with ReliaClose.com, LLC is NOT used to solicit title/escrow services to anyone. ReliaClose.com, LLC is solely a Signing Agency and respects the business relationship between client and their customers.
  
  
• Client understands that ReliaClose.com, LLC notaries are NOT to be solicited by client for independent work outside of the Client/ReliaClose relationship. Any request for services from a ReliaClose.com, LLC notary must be requested through ReliaClose.com, LLC as long as the client and ReliaClose.com, LLC have a business arrangement.



• ReliaClose.com, LLC will not be held responsible for misinformation provided to us when a closing order is placed; we shall not be held responsible for any derogatory or unlawful actions perpetrated by the individual(s) soliciting their services in any of the 50 United States. Any consequences resulting from said actions shall be the sole responsibility of that person(s) and shall hold ReliaClose.com, LLC and any of its affiliates harmless.



• Client understands that should an attorney be required to perform a said assignment, standard fees do not apply and fee will be presented to Client for approval prior to assigning said order. Assignment order MUST include SPECIFIC instructions when an attorney is needed. ReliaClose.com, LLC will not be held responsible for misinformation provided to us when an order is placed.
